Blades of vacuum pumps

Rotary vane-type vacuum pumps are widely used in the national economy. One of the primarily structural element of pumps and high-wearing are considered to be fabric-based laminate blades(plates).

State Enterprise “Powder Metallurgy Plant” uses fabric-based laminate with improved antifriction properties for the manufacture of blades.

The Plant mastered the manufacture of rotary vacuum pumps for group and individual milking, pumps for the printing industry and compression pumps for cement carriers, flour carriers.

Operational life: not less than 1000 hours

Friction coefficient = 0.04-0.15.

ON CUSTOMER’ S DEMAND may be manufactured blades with 0.5 m length for a complete set of any vacuum systems and compressors of all types.
