Liners of rolling mills

Liners manufactured by State Enterprise “Powder Metallurgy Plant” are successfully used at many Ukrainian enterprises such as: Metallurgical integrated Plant “Azovstal”, OJSC ” Dnipropetrovs’k metallurgical Plant named after Petrovskiy”, OJSC “Dneprospezstal”. Technicians of our Plant have improved the technology of liners production, taking into account the fact that, in summer-time some enterprises use warm seawater for cooling the rolls in order to increase withstandability of liners, working in corrosive environment. As a result, the bearing surface has advanced hydrophobic properties, which in turn, considerably increases service life of liners.

The current production capacity and tooling system at State Enterprise “Powder Metallurgy Plant” makes it possible within a short period of time to manufacture mounting and organize the production of high-quality liners of various dimension-types in required quantity.
